Processing Your Order
We strive to dispatch your orders promptly. Typically, it takes about 2 – 3 business days to ship products from our Indian warehouses. However, CraftzShop products are curated keeping you in mind, therefore quantities exceeding 3 pieces per product per style or products under handcrafting, processing may take longer than that is mentioned above. Rest assured we’ll notify you via email.

Custom Fees & International Orders
All CraftzShop orders are shipped globally from our Indian warehouses to your specified address through various delivery partners. While most orders won’t incur additional import duties or taxes, in some cases, customers may be responsible for such fees. We’ve partnered with multiple delivery partners to streamline the customs clearance process, ensuring a seamless delivery experience. If you do encounter any import duties or taxes as indicated by an invoice from the delivery partners, please settle these charges directly with them upon delivery to your doorstep. CraftzShop has no liability on those charges.
