It was the year 2018 when Craftzshop was born, with a mission to impact and inspire the world of art and craft. Our founders, driven by a passion to promote Indian handicrafts and provide a platform for artisans to showcase their talents, embarked on a journey to create something truly unique.

With a small team and a big dream, we started our journey in 2018. We spent countless hours researching, planning, and preparing to launch our platform. Our goal was to create a space where artisans could share their stories, showcase their talents, and connect with customers who appreciate the beauty of craftsmanship.

As we worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life, we encountered many challenges. But we persevered, driven by our passion to make a difference in the lives of artisans and customers alike. As the year 2018 came to a close, we looked back on our journey with pride. We had taken the first steps towards creating a platform that would promote Indian handicrafts, provide a livelihood for artisans, and bring joy to customers. And as we looked to the future, we knew that we were just getting started.

Our birth year, 2018, marked the beginning of our journey. It was a year of nurturing our idea, giving it a name, and announcing it to the world. Craftzshop was born, and we created a buzz in the lifestyle of our audiences.

2019

A Year of Growth and Resilience

In 2019, Craftzshop achieved a significant milestone by reaching top marketplaces nationally and internationally. Our unique packaging, creative sourcing, and exquisite products, such as oxidized luxury designer jewelry and handcrafted palm leaf articles, earned us recognition and acclaim.

However, our success was soon put to the test. Devastating cyclones swept through the regions where our artists lived and worked, damaging homes, workshops, and livelihoods. This was the first major challenge that Craftzshop faced, and it had a profound impact on our artists and our business. We were determined to support our artists and rebuild our business, stronger and more resilient than ever.

2020

A year of Surrender & Adaptation

The COVID-19 pandemic posed significant challenges, and we lost several artists. Despite our best efforts, we faced limitations in delivery resources, and our operations were impacted. The year 2020 brought unprecedented challenges to Craftzshop, as the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the globe. The lockdowns, social distancing measures, and economic uncertainty posed significant threats to our business and the livelihoods of our artists. Despite these challenges, we refused to give up. We quickly adapted to the new reality, finding innovative ways to continue supporting our artists and delivering our products to customers. We leveraged digital platforms to showcase our products, engaged with our customers through social media, and explored new ways to collaborate with our artists remotely. Although 2020 was a difficult year, it also taught us valuable lessons about resilience, adaptability, and the importance of community. We emerged from the pandemic with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper appreciation for the artisans, customers, and partners who make Craftzshop possible.

2021

A Year of Regrouping and Rebuilding

We continued to adapt, tapping into the sourcing market, knowing that the situation would improve soon.

As the world recovered from the pandemic, Craftzshop used 2021 to regroup and rebuild. We reassessed our strategies, rebuilt our team, and reconnected with artists and customers. Despite the pandemic’s impact, we remained committed to promoting Indian handicrafts and supporting artisans. We worked tirelessly behind the scenes, laying the groundwork for a stronger Craftzshop. As the year closed, we felt hopeful and renewed. We adapted to the sourcing market, knowing the situation would improve. With determination and resilience, we were poised to emerge from the pandemic stronger and more focused than ever.

Resilience and Revival: Craftzshop’s Journey

2022 was a year of resilience and revival for Craftzshop. Despite our plans to revamp and revisit our platform, the paradigm shift in work culture and unforeseen losses hindered our progress. However, we refused to give up. As the situation improved, we regrouped and restarted our journey. We reunited with our artists, and together, we began to rebuild and revitalize our platform. This experience taught us valuable lessons about adaptability, perseverance, and the importance of community. We emerged stronger and more determined, with a renewed commitment to promoting handmade craftsmanship and supporting our artisans.

Rebirth and Resilience: Craftzshop’s Transformation

2023 marked a significant turning point for Craftzshop. We recognized the importance of protecting our brand’s value and authenticity, amidst attempts by market players to replicate our name and reputation. We took proactive steps to trademark our brand, transition to a private limited company, and rebuild our team. This transformation enabled us to rebrand, strengthen our sourcing and logistics, and solidify our commitment to preserving our brand’s uniqueness and integrity. We regrouped, reunited with our artists, and began anew. With the situation improving, we’re poised for a brighter future.

2024

A Year of Milestones

We’re thrilled to announce that 2024 has been a year of significant milestones for Craftzshop. We’ve achieved trademark registration, securing exclusive rights to our brand name and logo.

We’ve also established Soul Fusion Innovation Ltd, marking a major expansion of our operations. And, we’re excited to unveil our rebranded identity “CRAFTZSHOP ” as change of the logo & tagline , reflecting our evolution and commitment to diversity and individuality.

As I look back on our journey, I am filled with a sense of pride and gratitude. From our humble beginnings in 2018 to the present day, Craftzshop has come a long way.

I remember the early days, when it was just a handful of us working tirelessly to bring our vision to life. We faced countless challenges and setbacks, but we never lost sight of our goal: to promote Indian handicrafts and provide a platform for Indian artisans to showcase their talents.

“As an artist, I’ve spent years honing my craft, pouring my heart and soul into every piece I create. But despite my passion and dedication, I’ve faced countless struggles to make a name for myself in the art world.

From struggling to find platforms to showcase my work, to facing rejection and criticism from those who don’t understand my vision, the journey of an artist is often a lonely and daunting one.

But the biggest challenge of all has been the struggle to make a living from my art. In a world where mass-produced, machine-made products dominate the market, it’s hard for handmade, unique pieces like mine to stand out.
