To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Return Shipping

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund or a credit note will be processed. In case of a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days. In case of a credit note, you will the exact value discounted on your next purchase.
